Extremely Rare 1960's NGK Spark Plug Boy Mascot

1960's promotional Spark Plug Boy produced by NGK for display in Auto Parts Stores. 

Very few of these are still known to exist, if you search this online it is almost impossible to find anywhere in the world. 
I have only ever seen one for sale in the last 60 Years
